JEFF LOCKHART - Founder & Managing Partner

For over 20 years, Jeff Lockhart has booked, managed, and promoted artists & events of every scale in the Pacific Northwest. In his role as Executive Director for Kirkland Performance Center (Kirkland, WA - Seattle region), he has worked with globally touring artists like Mavis Staples, Indigo Girls, Macy Gray, Alan White (Yes), Don Felder (Eagles) and more…

Jeff is a recognized leader, skilled in performing arts and nonprofit organization advancement strategies, music industry business and education, business development and management, and creative ingenuity/brand management.

He has managed talent, promoted, and performed at pro sporting events/stadiums (Seattle Seahawks, Seattle Sounders, Portland Trailblazers), theaters, festivals, galas, and large non profit charities (Northwest Harvest, American Cancer Society, Kindering). He co-founded, manages, and plays drums in the bands Good Day Sunshine, Long Live Rock, Laurel Canyon Legacy, and Live Vinyl Collective. For over a decade he promoted, co founded/managed, and played drums in one of Washington’s premiere Beatles Tribute bands, Creme Tangerine.

He has also coordinated media publicity and events for musical endeavors featured in outlets such as 425 Magazine, Q13 Fox, Seattle Times, KOMO AM 1000, KIXI AM, KING 5, KZOK FM 102.5, KJR 95 FM and more.

Currently Lockhart serves as the Executive Director of Kirkland Performance Center (KPC) the Seattle/Eastside region's premiere intimate performance venue. During his tenure he has succeeded in implementing programming, funding, and operational revitalization strategies positioning KPC as the leading venue for the performing arts throughout the Eastside region of Seattle, and during the COVID 19 era he developed the implementation of state of the art online streaming production services: KPC Studios.

Prior to KPC Lockhart founded and spearheaded Creatio (music industry business and recording arts program) at Northwest University (NU) in Kirkland, WA. Through Creatio he developed and launched two fully accredited B.A. degrees (B.A. Music Business and B.F.A. Recording Arts Technology), as well as implementing industry standard commercial recording studios.

Earlier in his tenure at NU, he developed an extensive background in non-profit advancement most notably leading a 19 million dollar capital campaign there as well as serving as the liaison between NU and Seattle Seahawks for the Seahawks NFL summer training camp at the university from 2006-08.

He holds a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA).
